In this company, I am working as a "Solutions Architect" since May 2004. I have
worked as a technical team leader and guided my team to build technology
solutions, like CRM, CMS and other Business applications for Government
institutions and private firms. Technically, our emphasis is on utilizing
Microsoft technologies, including .Net Framework, Windows Server Systems and
SQL Server.
iENGINEERING Pakistan Pvt. Ltd., Islamabad, Pakistan
Worked as a "Senior Programmer/Analyst" for more than 2 years (2002-2004).
Responsible to lead a team of software developers as well as technical
communication with the clients, my job roles included analyzing client’s
requirements, planning and designing the software, building and deploying the
applications and supporting the customers. At iEngineering, our projects were
related to Engineering and Business Applications for US Transportation Agencies
and State Transportation Departments. Being a Microsoft Certified Partner, we
provided solutions using state of the art technologies, i.e. SQL Server,
Windows Server, ASP.Net and ASP.
Marriala Technologies, Islamabad, Pakistan
Worked as a "Project Manager" for more than a year (2001-2002). I led a team of
5-7 software developers and worked on off-shore projects for US Clients. Our
main area of focus was to build web applications in various platforms,
including Cold Fusion, PHP and ASP.
Advanced Engineering Research Organization, Islamabad, Pakistan
Worked as "Software Engineer" for around 2 years (1997-1998). The organization
had some large scale technology related projects. I worked on development of
CBT Systems, GPS Simulator, Network Programming, DirectX Programming and
support software for Aerostar AV12 GPS. At that time, I mostly work on Win32
API Programming using Visual C++.
* One of our projects at AERO received "Over-All Best Prize" in an All-Pakistan
software competition, in Islamabad (1998).

Froebel’s Institute of Technology & Management, Islamabad, Pakistan
Visiting Faculty member at the institute (2001-2004), taught 9 courses to BCS,
MCS and MBA students, including "Advanced Web Based Applications Development",
"e-Commerce", "Database Management Systems (Oracle)", "Theory of Automata" and
"Computer Applications in Business".
